MIT Central Plant

MIT wanted to brighten up the Chiller Hall. The walls and ceiling needed to be cleaned and painted.

The access to chillers and equipment needed to be free of obstruction.

The addition of equipment over the years left very little room for lifts or booms.

The John W Egan was able to safely rig scaffolding to the existing I-beams and complete the required work safely and ahead of schedule.
